WordStream has been a savior when it comes to restructuring our accounts. Our company previously used a digital marketing agency to manage all of our PPC accounts, and they drove our conversions into the ground. Since using WordStream we have been able to easily implement a restructure (combining ad groups, pausing keywords, etc.) to both Google and Bing. I'm thankful for the capabilities to copy ads from Google to Bing and creative negatives across both platforms as well. It's an easy-to-navigate website with tips on how to better optimize our accounts. We've also utilized their consulting services to work one-on-one with Zach... he has helped give us tips beyond our PPC knowledge on how to lower CPA and increase quality scores. Thankful for this platform all around!

I've been using Wordstream now for a few months and it's been very helpful. I've twice tried outsourcing my Google Ads to agencies but found they do a bit of work up front and then after a few weeks you're really lucky if they spend more than 10 mins a week managing the account. I found myself managing them. Wordstream allows busy people to self manage their account with a minimal amount of time.

Wordstream services has provided us with a managed campaign that we have a say over. We get to go over the campaign progress a few times a week with our account representative Eva. We get a very a detailed breakdown before so that we have time to process the results, and form any questions. Wordstream gives a unique breakdown of our campaigns. If we ask for a report broken down by hour, we get it. Eva goes above and beyond to see that we get the most conversions for our dollar every day. The implementation process is flawless, Casey our tech assist was extremely kind, and helpful. She explained every step of the process and left us feeling very comfortable with the set up. I would highly recommend wordstream for anyone looking for a third party to help with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. They are very trustworthy, and all the results show daily.

I've been using WordStream for several months and have been very impressed by the service and technology. Their monthly consulting is invaluable! I even had some challenges with Facebook integration due to changes with Facebook integration. They even credited me for a month due to those challenges. I'm very impressed.

Although I'm fairly comfortable with Adwords I have been using contractors to manage my accounts for the last 4 years as I'm too busy to look after them myself. My last contractor made a complete hash of things and on checking through the accounts, i noticed this and decided to terminate their service and take them over again myself. I originally found Wordstream when searching for platforms to help manage both my Google and Bing accounts more easily and on one single platform. I have found both the platform and the service given by Megham really good and massively helpful in allowing me to get on with my day to day work while easily keeping track of my adword accounts and getting involved with making changes where required
