Wordfence has always been one of my favorite plugins. I'm not the most techie of people and their technical support is always quick to respond, patient with my ignorance, and a delight to work with. Other support teams could learn a lot from the Wordfence team.

Just a quick note. We used this service for a couple of years and never had a serious issue. They were always very responsive. If something did come up. We will definitely use Wordfence again in the future.

Launched my website February 2024 and along the way upgraded to Wordfence Premium which seems to be a great product. I recently had issues with the scan not working successfully, and wasn’t sure what to do regarding, so I contacted my Web Developer and also contacted Wordfence Tech Suppprt. Phil from Wordfence Tech Support was able to help funnel the solution after a few days of back and forth emails on different time zones (Australia to US). Phil’s solutions were very descriptive and easy to follow as well as helped me to learn a few additional things about Wordfence. Scans are back working fine again. Thanks heaps!
