A little while ago I received a warning from Wordfence relating to Updraft which was an active plugin on my Wordpress / Woocommerce site at the time. I immediately deactivated it from my site. I have just seen that there has been a security incident relating to Updraft and feel incredibly grateful to the Wordfence team for the incredible work they do in protecting our sites. Absolute life savers. I had a recurring malware infestation which we were struggling to clear. Wpengine didn't manage despite three attempts. This was exposing my customers at the busiest time of year for us. Graham dealt with the malware infestation quickly, effectively, professionally, patiently and courteously. Not only that, but he went beyond his remit to advise and fix other issues. Absolutely delighted with the support and can thoroughly recommend.
