I ordered my woosir backpack 11/21/22 for approximately $90.00 and have never received my item. I went back and forth with emails to woosir which would respond saying item is on its way. I asked for cancelation then refund. They declined. As of 2/6/23 the woosir tracking site stipulates product was delivered. I have no idea how to resolve and initially asked for refund in December. They had plenty of time to cancel order and refund :( Update: I eventually received my refund 2/18/23.

I ordered a wallet and it came without the initials I ordered on it. Instead it came with my phone number printed on it. I contacted Woosir and they refused to take it back and remake the product. They said I left my number in the section for "branding" the wallet when the section I typed in asked for delivery instructions and a phone number for delivery questions. Worst customer service and it ruined Christmas as this was the only thing I could afford to get my husband this year.

I was looking for a well made cold weather bag that wouldn't crack. This one really fit the bill. Roomy with lots of strong pockets and good zipper systems. Just the right size. They say it is water resistant, but I always caution everything so I'm going to give it a quick waterproofing spray just to make sure. I got it for my husband for late season hunting. But now I see that I need to get one for myself!! Great purchase and we are both happy with it.

I ordered a bag for a Christmas present. The day it arrived some dogs tore it up. I have contacted them 3 times, they wanted pictures so I sent pictures of the torn up bag. It has been over 3 weeks and they have still not responded to my emails. I always thought that unless you sign for a delivery, the sender is responsible for you receiving your order intact.

I am so glad I found this Fanny pack!!! I have been looking for the same one I bought my hubs a few years back but they no longer make it or sold out so I had been searching and searching for months and this one is sooo similar cause all other Fanny packs are cheesy and yuck! LOL! Then I came across y’all’s and it is the perfect fit and almost identical to his last one that is coming apart. The only thing is, that it came w/ scratches on the leather. I would’ve expected it to come a unscratched so that is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that I am grateful for this find and will order again as long as you keep making this style!
