It took 3 weeks way too long

zippers weren`t smoothly.

I ordered the leather sling bag. Product was of good quality, a bit too dark. Tried to exchange it for a lighter more expensive one but customer service never responded after several emails were sent. For this reason I was disappointed.

I ordered my woosir backpack 11/21/22 for approximately $90.00 and have never received my item. I went back and forth with emails to woosir which would respond saying item is on its way. I asked for cancelation then refund. They declined. As of 2/6/23 the woosir tracking site stipulates product was delivered. I have no idea how to resolve and initially asked for refund in December. They had plenty of time to cancel order and refund :( Update: I eventually received my refund 2/18/23.

Sent the wrong color wallet. But did refund me 20. Dollars for the inconvenience.

I ordered and paid for my bag and the communication between me and the service rep was not so good , my name was to be printed on the bag and they were going to print it on the inside of the outer flap .. just didn't make sense ... I asked them to print it on the outside and happily they did and did a great job ... after that things took a lot longer to get any kind of updates on where my bag was ...never did reciecve a tracking number ..and with any contact with them all they kept saying is ... it has been shiped .. given no time of arrival ... I did get the bag I ordered and to my delight and relief it was everything I had hoped for and needed .. the quality is excellent .. my only complaint is in adequit communication with them
