Brought a bag for my husband, cost me 200 plus dollars, when arrived I was very pleased, it's leather, looked nice, and husband was over the moon. Used for a work/army trip - on the return flight he noticed one of the screws on the wheels had come loose and wouldn't thread back in I contacted the company - their reply .. glue it .. wtf, it's a 200 dollar leather bag that's not lasted one trip..m no I will NOT be gluing the screw in to a brand new bag

Ich hatte eine "Lederbauchtasche" für viel Geld bestellt; sie kam auch irgendwann mal an...aber ich bin von kräftiger Statur und der Gurt reicht nicht mal für ein Kind??!! Habe hier mehrfach nachgefragt, ob es vielleicht eine Gurtverlängerung gibt oder wie ich die Tasche wieder zurücksenden kann, aber es kommt keinerlei Reaktion von denen?? Nun der Oberknaller: Hatte jetzt ein Schreiben/Rechnung von Fedex im Kasten, dass ich hier noch horrenden Zoll etc. zahlen soll?? Auch dies habe ich an Woosir weitergeleitet, weil absolut nichts davon in der Bestellung oder deren AGB'S zu ersehen war?! Ich zahle selbstverständlich keinen Cent! Aber es ist unglaublich, was sich diese Firma erlaubt!

Ordered this for a birthday on May 10th and still haven't received it yet as of June 1st.......

Terrible experience trying to return items. I sent emails as the website required for return authorization and received no reply.

Their items are all bad, they are not worth the price , bad quality. The zip are not YKK , they don’t take responsibility in providing customer service or fixing items if broken, if you I. North America don’t but as I saw the same item for a very less amount in Etsy, Guys make sure you look around before you buy from them, these guys sell cheap items, this company is bad

The zipper on my bag started malfunctioning in less than six months of use. When I contacted customer support, instead of offering a solution, they told me to take it to a repair shop and handle it myself. That response was very disappointing. For a product priced as “premium,” this feels cheap and poorly made. I’ve since seen very similar bags on Etsy for much lower prices, which makes me question the quality and value of this brand. Definitely not worth the premium they charge — I wouldn’t recommend it.
