WoosirReviews of woosir.com

It was exactly what I ordered, it works well, and I received it on time. Only extra thing I woutd ask is a briefcase style handle over the zipper w/ Velcro wrap nylon grip.

I reached out to Woosir before making a purchase to verify the return policy. After receiving a response saying I would receive a full refund if the product was too small, I bought a laptop bag. Turned out the bag was too small. I requested to make a return, as stated in the policy, and was asked if I wanted to receive a tote bag instead of making a return. I responded no and haven't received any correspondence since regarding the return.

Customer service is slow and make returns extremely difficult.

Good-looking bag. Haven't put it into service yet, but with all of the pockets and zippered areas it should be great. I don't know what it's called, but it's like a mini-duffel.

I ordered the leather sling bag. Product was of good quality, a bit too dark. Tried to exchange it for a lighter more expensive one but customer service never responded after several emails were sent. For this reason I was disappointed.

Never shipped the order, claimed DHL not delivering which is hard to believe

j'avais commandé 2 sacs à dos et au bout de 2 mois, n'en ai reçu qu'un. Le sac manquant ne m'a pas été remboursé et de plus j'ai reçu des droits de douane à régler presque aussi élevé que le prix du sac .

-really nice products; I like all your leather products & have bought several
