Product was smaller than advertised

Bestelltes Produkt nicht mehr verfügbar. Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises wird vom Verkäufer verweigert. Stattdessen anderes Produkt angeboten. Neues (teureres) Produkt schließlich bestellt und erhalten. Rückerstattung des ersten nicht lieferbaren Produktes erfolgte erst nach Kauf des neuen Produktes. Verkäufer weigert sich aber, eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung zu stellen. Insgesamt kein erfreuliches Kauferlebnis. Viel Ärger. Aber Kundenservice immerhin reaktiv

Bag delivery to EU/DE was delayed with additional customs charges from fedex, personal information like tax number was requested more than one time, additionally there was a small bag made of beef leather included that I have not purchased, it seems to be included in tax charges as well. So the costs including the taxes made the product totally overpriced

Customer service is slow and make returns extremely difficult.

Nice product, however I have contacted the company regarding missing items and concerns with purchase, several weeks ago and have not received a response.

I only ordered this product from woosir because the website said 7 days for the item to be delivered. It didn't get fulfilled almost 14 days after ordering. No notification that it was being shipped from Hong Kong, although the company website said the address was in Tennessee. I saw similar items on Aliexpress for half the price with free shipping and would have arrived in the same time frame. I was willing to pay extra for an on-time as promised delivery, unfortunately this did not happen.

I recently purchased a bag from Woosir only to have one of the main zips break within one day. I had to get it repaired locally however no one would match the same zipper colour or type so now there is one zip that doesn't match the rest of the bag. I got reimbursed for the cost however this didn't negate the fact that my brand new bag broke within 24 hours and the new zip is a constant reminder to this fact. Additionally I paid for my initials to be engraved however this is not centered on the pouch and is just a testament to the poor quality control that is in place. I was offered a tote bag for my troubles however as I live outside of the USA this was retracted. Overall the customer service was barely adequate, the bag is overall good quality (so far) however I am constantly reminded of the poor quality control in place.

This bag turned out as some disappointment. - Unlike the description insinuates, really it is no "College" Backpack, it is far too small for that. Even hardly it provides enough space/size for containing a 15'6/16inch laptop - the zipper hardly closes then, you can forget about carrying your laptop in a weatherproof case, also forget about a 17inch laptop. The purported measures of L34*W17 *H43 cm aren´t real, not even outside. Not only height, especially width is far from being sufficient. There is none of the departments which is really big. So, for everyday use, containing and keeping everything you really need for your college or work days, it is quite impractical; but as such it is described and sold. I only kept it as it´s "nice to look at" - apart from the fact that sending it back woulda comparatively been too expensive and intricate from Germany to US -, but it´s useful only maybe for a short trip outside, shopping or something, but in no way usable as an everyday "hard work" container. Regarding the small range of usability, it is far too expensive. If this bag had real inside measures of around 50*20*35 cm, and had more big departments, it could serve as an everyday solid college/work item, and would be worth the money.
