I needed to contact customer service to change the "ship to" address on my order. Response was expeditiously helpful and courteous. When my watch arrived, I was pleased with the quality, and craftsmanship. Looks beautiful!

I discovered wooden watches a few years ago. I love the feeling of wearing a wood watch. They are so light and comfortable. People I meet are impressed with my wood watches.

These watches are beautifully crafted and will be treasured by the recipient. Customer Service was great! One of my choices was unavailable so they notified me so another one could ship with my order!

When I received the watch, it looked exactly like the picture which was great. But when I had a jeweler try to take out some of the links so I could size it to my wrist. It literally shattered and broke a part which made it feel cheap and not worth the money . Will not be buying another watch from them again.
