You sent a watch that did not work from day one. Very poor product quality control. You cannot send that model as you have none. You required a video to prove the watch did not work. You have said I will get a refund which I have not received yet.

I've purchased a couple of watches in the past and have gotten numerous compliments. This current purchase is a big disappointment. The watch looks cheap the second hand only moves when using the stopwatch function. This will be the last purchase.

Ordered Nova watch on 2/18 and didn’t receive until 4/2. The watch worked for 2 days, since then it periodically stops whether it is on my wrist or on my watch winder. I contacted Wood Forest 3 weeks ago about this problem. Their only response 10 days ago was for me to send them a video of the problem. I answered their response immediately with pictures of the stopped watch and requested a refund. They still have not responded to my request. Pretty watch, that’s why I purchased it, but what good is a watch that starts and stops whenever it chooses or a company that doesn’t either send me a new one or refund my money?
