This watch was originally ordered as a Christmas gift
This watch was originally ordered as a Christmas gift, came in January, but didn’t enclose the 2 free links to make it bigger, which I always have to have because my husbands hands and wrists are large. They were going to ship an extra link, finally got it in March last week, around the 20th. Thankfully the one link worked, although 2 still would have been better. Will never order from them again. The watch itself is beautiful, but 4 months is a little long to have to get it right!

Hey Theresa, You are absolutely correct. It took us far too long to source the materials needed to create these links. Materials have become harder and harder these days to source sustainably and we are comitted to doing it right. Glad to hear you love the look of the Kronos, it's one of my favorites. Our deepest apologes that your experience was anything less than amazing. Please reach out and let us know if their is anything we could do to make it right.
