I love the platform. Very practical and easy to use. It allows me to manage all-things-business in one place without jumping from one app to another. So happy with it so far, and I am still using the free version! Looking forward to upgrading soon when need be.

I've finally found it ! After testing multiple freelance OS, I think I've found the perfect match. I use Hectic on a daily basis for time tacking, project proposals, invoicing, accounting. Hectic helped me to save a lot of time and improve my customer relationship with features like electronic signing or online payment. In addition, the team is really reactive on the support, good job and long live to Hectic !

I'm so happy to have found Hectic. As a mom who is running two businesses , I needed something to keep track of my workload and all my different projects. random lists scattered all over the place wasn't cutting it anymore! Hectic has been a lifesaver for me!

I needed a tool that was not overly complex to manage multiple contracts and so far Hectic has delivered. I like the ease of reporting, the timekeeping, the assignment of tasks to sub-contractors, and the way I can look at my deliverables for multiple assignments all in one glance. There are some elements I would love to see added such as deadlines for tasks (and even assignments). Huge props for the app which is intuitive and makes all the web-based content easily accessible. I'm only 2 weeks into using this actively, so I can't give 5 stars yet, but so far so good.

I started Hectic recently, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The reason I chose Hectic was because it had all the features I was looking for. Custom domain, email, client portal, contract writing and many others. All for a great price. I did have a couple issues; however, the customer support team jumped right on my issue and resolved it very fast for me. Hectic has a great support team and I am happy to be using it.

Hectic has been giving me so much peace. I switched over from Honeybook admittedly because it’s free features are most of what I need bare bones to run my copywriting business. Their templates and contract terms are better and more straightforward and make it so much easier to send proposals — instead of modifying something clearly not meant for me. And their customer service is excellent, super responsive and helpful. Really enjoying them so far!

I have been searching for a CRM software for a while and have tried Hello Bonsai and Dubsado. However, Hectic is amazing. After I first signed up I was just like 'WOW oh my goodness' Hectic is awesome. After using it for about a week I decided to stopped using Dubsado and Hello Bonsai. Not only Hectic app is very robust to use but their built-in Proposal, Contract, and Invoice system is just way more professional compared to other systems I have tried. Their customer service is always their to help and I found it to be one of the best strength of Hectic. I can't wait to upgrade to Pro plan once I get my first client 😊 Hectic is truly the system that is truly built to help Freelancers in general. I love Hectic. I want to say thank you personally to all Hectic team who have worked so hard to built such amazing system. You guys deserve Five stars 😁

Having just recently launched a business, Hectic made it super easy to streamline all of my processes before even getting started. You definitely need to take the time and look into Hectic, it will change the way you view the admin part of your work!
