What brought me to Hectic was the features, which to be fair might exist in other business management apps too. But what *sold* me on Hectic is the customer service. Honest feedback, creative solutions, and a transparent feature request process are all huge reasons for me to grow with this startup.

Great all-in-one solution for freelancers/small agencies! I was hesitant about switching from Bonsai, mostly because of the hassle of moving my information, but the process has been seamless! Love the features and the customer service. The client portal, meeting scheduler, and task management system have made communicating with my clients so much better! I'm excited to see what updates the team comes up with!

So I am an extremely peculiar type of business man. I have ridiculously high standards and I have tried every single CRM system under the sun and it never gave me more then 70% of what I would expect from a CRM system. And then I found hectic by some weird accident when looking for a new platform. I can't even tell you how anymore but I am damn glad I stumbled upon them. Hectic does a lot of things right but where they truly stand out is that they have looked at it from an entrepreneur perspective. The platform just functions how a platform should function. And the support is beyond impressive. The onboarding call (with one of the founders mind you) was not only refreshing but their willingness to listen to their clients on items such as crypto integration is mindblowing. They are not stuck in a pre conceived idea of what we should need but are truly listening to what we in FACT do need. I have finally found my forever CRM system.

First class and support to match. After looking around for the perfect software I have finally found it. If you are bored with trying to make your business fit around things like Dubsado this is for you! Super easy to set up and looks great too!

I absolutely adore Hectic. I came to it from Honeybook, and it's so much more of what I need. The client portal is awesome, the calendar is fantastic, and the forms and schedulers make my life so much easier. Hectic is still newer, so there are some functions they don't have YET, but every time I write their customer support, they're very responsive, and they're a step ahead of me, letting me know that the functions are already set for release. They keep this up, and I will be a Hectic customer forever. LOVE them.

If you're a freelance creative or if you run a small creative agency, do yourself a favor and move your operations to Hectic. The interface is simple and clean, you can do your accounting (love this feature), and you can send your clients to beautiful portals for all their interactions with you. Oh, and they're customer service is quick to respond and very friendly. Grateful they exist and looking forward to future updates (project timeline Gantt charts for internal planning and client clarity, please!!)

Set up is simple. Takes minutes. Layout is strong and easy to understand. It mostly just works. I needed something simple and not over complicated and this gets the job done. Things that would be helpful - when putting together invoices it would be nice if the time tracking that appears on the final invoice appeared when you put the line item on the invoice. I also wish I could time track on a certain task when starting the time rather than just adding notes. Notes are helpful, but it needs one more level of drill down to show which task under that project we are working on.

A first time user of Hectic: Freelance smarter..... What I can honestly say to anyone out there who needs easy get off the ground to build a solid Freelancer Business this is the place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so helpful,positive and can't forget convenient too as in take it with you anywhere smartphone style.
