Not only does Moxie meet all of my freelancing needs without boxing me into a rigid workflow, the customer service is hands-down, the best I have ever encountered. I can't believe the price for the value I have received in regular upgrades and nearly instantaneous assistance when I need it.

Hectic is one of the best apps out there for managing clients, contracts, invoices, and payments. Their customer support is second to none. And I'm not just talking about their competitors. Hectic has, on multiple occasions, implemented new functionality to help me meet legal and tax compliance requirements in my country. As someone who uses 50+ apps and tools, no other SaaS company has ever been as quick to respond to requests and as efficient either. 11/10 I recommend Hectic to any freelancer out there.

I was using Trello + Wave to organize my work and do my billing and accounting. I've switched to Hectic and could not be happier. The time tracking was a key upgrade for me, and having my invoices pull from time tracked in projects is great. Not only that, the training and attention from the founders and staff of Hectic is outstanding. I've increased my billing numbers since moving to Hectic. Best thing I've done for my business since starting it!

I was super frustrated with Bonsai since it is so buggy and not user friendly. Hectic is like 1000 times better. Very happy with user interface and features. It seems much more user focused and also much better organized and intuitive.

Great Service from Founders! I had an issue with billing, which happens from time to time on any platform. As soon as I notified the team via chat, one of the founders jumped into the chat, rectified the situation and even got on a video call to explain what had happened.

While Hectic primarily targets freelancers, DO NOT IGNORE Hectic if you run a small business. I own and run a small marketing and business development company with multiple employees and contractors. We've been using Hectic for about 9 months and it's hands down the best solutions we've used to manage the day to day of our company and client relationships. From Hubspot to Hectic and in between, we've used most of the major "All-in-one" CRM type solutions out there. Over the last 6 years, we've tried Dubsado, Zoho One, Monday, Bonsai, Freshworks, AgileCRM, Insightly, and most recently (before Hectic) we were using Hubspot (for about a year). Bottom line is this: We were able to move directly from Hubspot to Hectic within 30-60 days with the help of the Hectic team. What took multiple third party integrations to achieve in Hubspot, we've been able to achieve natively within Hectic. Leaving Hubspot behind also saved us about $440 dollars a month. Moving to Hectic also relieved our teams app/integration fatigue and we're able to provide a much cleaner experience for our team and our clients. Geoff and his team know us and our team by name. On multiple occasions, they've spent time on video calls with us to understand our needs and help us achieve what we need within Hectic - to the point of building out functionality that didn't even exist yet so we could achieve our goals. Nobody else does that. There is so much more I could say. But, ultimately, we are Hectic users for life. One of the best decisions we made as a company over the last 5 years.

There are not enough words to say how excited I am to be able to use this platform. I tried multiple similar platforms that were a lot more expensive and a lot harder to understand but hectic takes the lead for me as a freelancer and as a small agency. The support team guides you through everything even if you have a hundred questions they answer each one with respect and professionalism. Highly recommend! The workflow edition recently made me a full-time member.

I discovered the Hectic app in early 2022, and it has completely transformed the way I manage my freelance business. Not only is it affordable, but the customer service is next-level. The team at Hectic truly listens to their customer's feedback and is always looking for ways to improve the app and make it more useful for freelancers like me. It's amazing how the app has evolved in such a short time period and to watch it grow with features and functionality. One of my favorite features is the ability to easily track my time and expenses, which has greatly improved my invoicing and accounting process. The app also allows me to easily create and send proposals and contracts to clients for eSignatures, saving me a lot of time, hassle, and expense of using third-party eDocument providers. This platform far exceeds its competitors and is very affordable. A must-have for all freelancers!
