Amazing tool! I've been using it for the past month and am very pleased with everything the tool offers. It's so good to have everything in one place, no need to use any other platform. Highly recommend.

First and foremost, the value given in the free tier is unmatchable. The app is created by freelancers, and as a freelancer, you feel that they understand your problems and requirements. The app does have some occasional bugs, but the team has been fast to resolve them so far. Overall the UI and UI of the app can get some more work to make it the perfect alternative to the dedicated apps. Overall I love using the app on the web and on the phone. The roadmap looks promising, so I'm even more optimistic about the features coming shortly.

I've been using Hectic for a little over a month and to say I'm impressed is an understatement. First of all, the documentation and video tutorials for this app are far superior to anything else I've seen from a small company (even from some large companies, frankly). If I have any questions the documentation doesn't answer, the team has been incredible at getting back to me in a more than reasonable timeframe. Second, it's clear to me this app was built with freelancers in mind. We don't have time to sit and spend a couple days getting familiar with new software. Heck, even as I'm writing this, there's a nagging voice in the back of my head reminding me to get working for one of my clients. But within the first day, maybe even the first couple of hours, I had added in my clients, assigned projects to them, and even sent out a small invoice as a test. Third, the free version has SO MUCH functionality. You can operate completely fine as a freelancer with the free version. Absolutely nothing essential is locked behind a paywall and to me, that speaks volumes of the company's integrity and commitment to who they say their app is for. The only 'complaint' that I have is that the interface is a little plain. I wish I could customize my homebase a little more by choosing the colors or widgets in place or resizing the respective widget windows, but hey, that's but a drop of a complaint in my sea of compliments. I can say with full confidence that Hectic has helped me speed up my workflow and encouraged me to grow my business. Nothing but love for the Hectic team and, yes, I will be upgrading to Pro soon ;)

This is a good app so far. I'm loving how much information they put to help potential freelancers to see if this is the right path for them at the moment. I enjoy how up to date the blog is and it is chock-full of inspirational articles to grab reader's attention. The interface is somewhat of a drawback--I would like to change the color scheme to fit my eye comfort, but I think that is okay. The chat is useful and any questions can be answered by the team at Hectic.

Even though, I consider myself pretty organized in every aspect of my life but my accounting, time traking, proposals and client traking has never been the thing for me. I have payed others to keep my book in order but, now, with the HecticApp this has changed. I have been able spend less time organizing my notes and with much precise number with my client. All the tools in HecticApp are straightforward, well organized and even encouraging to keep my books updated. Very excited to try the new communicator feature... as you can get a business phone number and run your whole business via one app. Thank you, Hectic Team!

I have been looking for a tool to manage my business and others I found have been overpriced without new features. Hectic so far has been easy to use, and at an affordable price and has combined many things I was paying for seperately, such as a business phone number. Support has always been great and they've listened to any feedback I have. One of my only big issues would be to have more local numbers to pick from in Alberta, Canada as only a few are available. Also show when invoices and proposals are viewed.

This platform is great - it's the first one that I've found which has everything I need as a new freelancer. It's also easy to navigate and isn't overwhelming like some others I've tried. The ability to use the calendar for time blocking would be a great addition.

Hands down, the best customer support I've ever had. The Hectic app has everything you need as a freelancer and is continuously adding new features. If you've been looking for the right app, this is it.
