Moxie has been a great tool for my small startup business. Their support has been prompt and helpful. They are constantly working to improve the software and are responsive to their users wishes.

Moxie is a one stop shop. I'm able to do everything I need for my business all in one application. It helped me grow my freelance business by letting me spend less time worrying about project management, and more time doing the things that generate revenue. Their support team is always available and very responsive if there's anything wrong. Highly recommend!

I am a software guy. Started (and sold) a database company, and started a new company a few years back for which I needed a SaaS CRM system. I was going to build my own, but I found Moxie (formerly Hectic) and it has been all I need and more. But what makes Moxie truly exceptional is not its features so much as its support. I have been perhaps their most high maintenance user, coming in with my background and years of records that I needed to import. Not only was I given exceptional support, they even added features I needed on the fly. Though I know there are a few more things I'd like the software to do, I also know that they're working to accommodate my requests. And all of this for a *very* low price. Converting to a new system is always stressful, but Moxie makes it less so. I can't recommend them enough.

Moxie completely changed the way I run my business for the better. I went from dreading sending proposals and invoices (not my strength) to seamlessly creating agreements that have helped build more committed (and financially rewarding) relationships with clients. If there is something Moxie doesn't do that freelancers need, the creators want to know and relish the opportunity to fill the gap. But wait! That's not all. The customer services is not only astonishingly good--it's friendly, collaborative, and genuinely pleasant. Can you imagine? I would give six stars if I could.

Moxie uncomplicates things. They actually make use of common sense. I was able to plan, prepare for, and complete a project easily--all the way through to getting paid and beyond. I have no desire to even think about Dubsado.

Absolutely the best tool for managing my freelance business. I tried others before discovering Moxie, but they were missing features that I need. Moxie fits my business perfectly and I feel that it understands me. I love how projects are easy to set up and they are focused on deliverables rather than tasks.

I've been using Hectic (now called Moxie) for a few months now and to say I'm impressed is an understatement! It has everything a freelancer needs: it's designed well and easy to navigate, it has customisable forms and agreements, time tracking, invoicing, schedulers, basic accounting like expenses and profit/loss reports and a client portal (I LOVE the client portal). Their customer service has been the best I've ever experienced. Geoff and his team respond so fast and are always extremely helpful (even when I annoy them with lots of questions). Lastly, they're constantly making upgrades! They have a feedback submission page and they actually listen to their users on how to improve. Amazing product and amazing team. 100% recommend this to all freelancers.
