Customer service is top-notch. The software it sells is easy to use and is perfect for the solopreneur. They make invoicing & client communication fun. I have used Dubsado & other competitors, found them way too bloated, and had more than I would ever need. Plus, their pricing was ridiculous. Moxie, formerly known as Hectic App is the perfect temperature porridge. This and Canva are 2 of the only software I enjoy seeing an invoice for every month. I'm using this for life.

I've tried several CRM's, project management systems, and to-do list apps but Moxie is the one that finally works the way I do. I don't have shiny object syndrome anymore when people start the CRM conversation. Moxie is my go-to.

I love the software. It is so easy to use and they keep making updates which make it better. I started using this after trying out several client relationship managers that were offered online but either they were too expensive or they just didn't have any of the features I needed. I love that I can create workflows and as I grow my business they keep improving the updates.

Affordable and indispensable tool. This comes with a phone and text line, email communicator, CRM, proposals, contracts, project task manager, lead management tools, and a lot more. It's all integrated and streamlined. Love it.

Updated from my first review: Moxie has been amazing since the day I signed up with them. Their support is one of the best features. I’ve used a variety of programs similar to Moxie and they are the best hands down. The price is also the best for all the features they offer. I’ve been using their software for my business for almost year and I’ve since set up 3 clients with the software as well. The features I use the most are: - esignature for agreements/contracts - client information management - calendar management with the scheduler - invoicing - task management I’ve even used the software to manage contractors.

It shows a lot of promise, but they need to update the documentation. They need to replace references to the old product name. And more importantly they need to explain how to get the Client Portal tab to display. One of the key features we wanted to test was document upload/download/collaboration and the feature wasn't available because the Client Portal tab never showed.
