Joy is great because it's free and can be accessed on all devices. It can be frustrating on Android app as the load times seem to be much longer even on s24ultra where device power isn't an issue.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong weekend, and did not realize it until the morning we were supposed to arrive. After many calls, their "affiliate" (who actually handled the booking with the hotel) could not change my reservation because there was no one at With Joy. Their own affiliate had no phone number, so we had to email and hope. I tried the chat box, but was told that I could get a reponse within one business day. I ended up getting a room at the hotel by booking with them directly for the night. I finally got an email the next day, but they were clearly confused about the situation. They would send multiple emails that appeared computer generated within a short time. Long story short - I ended up paying for a room that I could not use because they weren't available to approve a simple change that the affiliate and the hotel were ready to make.

Joy is wonderful, i was recommended it by a fellow bride and wife to be. I was looking for a cheaper, more environmental friendly option with lots of information at the ready for guests travelling in for the wedding and found exactly what i was looking for. The website is super easy to navigate with lots of design options and helpful choices. It was a dream to work with, it also sends reminders for guests and a countdown with every email reminder for you which i loved😍 i could not recommend this more!

So many options in one place and the free options are great if that is one's budget. Very flexible. I didn't have any issues at all. I could complete all we needed with just the one website I built.

Mitch was amazing in helping us figure out why our registry wasn't transferring the money into our bank and the issue was resolved quickly.
