Our wedding ended being very small and not very traditional. All the tips and tricks that this website forces on you sort of makes the experience feel very overbearing. Having portions of things already filled out for you to then edit- hated that. If you are straying from any traditional norms of a wedding, using Joy wasn't at all helpful. Using Joy to build a personal wedding website was the only thing that was useful. Customizing RSVP's was a struggle to use since we didn't sync any contacts to Joy itself nor did we use their invite services. The registry usage was annoying as well. The instructions were a little unclear. I never received any emails that anyone had made any purchases. I had to track down people who bought things asking if they had sent their gifts to me, when it turned out that Shipments had to be cleared by myself. Over-all using Joy wasn't a very helpful tool to use while planning our wedding. I will not be recommending use of Joy.

This is the most cumbersome and confusing registry site i ever encountered as a gift giver. i selected my gift, was redirected to amazon to purchase, went back to mark it purchased then i received an email asking me to add the tracking information with a link. The link just took me back to the registry list with no option to add tracking info. after a bunch of emails with customer service, they explained only the registry managers can add the tracking info. super not helpful. plenty of good platforms out there, i would avoid this one!!

The link only worked for people half the time. Sometimes money would come into my venmo account immediately & other times it wouldn't. As well as the website being difficult to set up.

An agent kindly looked into my issue and resolved it!

Really easy to track our experience and see very clearly the guestlist. You can add and tailor questions about food preferences etc. Add your story so guests can read it, add photos. It really is a one stop shop. Super grateful for the work you do withjoy.com xx

WithJoy relieved an enormous amount of stress when ir came to making a website instead of spending the money on invitations. It was completely free & I was able to design a beautiful website with every detail needed for my guests! Management of RSVP's, & getting a true head count for the wedding was extremely helpful & fun to get the notifications of RSVPs. Thank you WithJoy for helping make this such an enjoyable process.

Absolutely love with joy so easy to use and great for our guests. I made our website just simple to use for RSVP & Menu choice and it looks amazing still. Everyone has loved the idea so far. Great service when ever I needed any help as well.
