Great site, easy to use and great customisation options

It did take me a little while to figure out what all I could do but, being able to order my invitation, collect contact information and manage RSVPs has been awesome. I didn't need to use all the features but there are so many options and it's all in one place. I love being able to use the app. I do wish there was a way to pull all the names and addresses onto a spreadsheet of some sort to download and print on mailing labels. If they're is, I couldn't figure it out. Even so, I'd 100% recommend using!!!

Overall, with joy does what I needed to do. I was looking for a website that I could generate a wedding website with, as well as send digital invitations while keeping track of RSVPs all in one place. I would caution that the user interface for the wedding website is a little frustrating. I would also flag that the RSVP tracking is not as good as it could be - when it comes to making changes, editing tags, etc. the UI has significant room for improvement.

I was struggling with the free wedding invite feature. It was pulling a different font through; Uzma jumped on and fixed the problem very quickly for me. She was very friendly and prompt. With joy is great, there is a lot of customization available and nice designs too. Everything you need is on here.

Joy team was super quick to help me troubleshoot redeeming gift cards. Love the cute kitty gif too. 😻

The hotel booking service staff is incompetent and not trustworthy! I recently requested to add my partner's name to my booking, which after much email exchanges and they had confirmed it's added. I called the hotel directly afterwards and they said no second was added! Since it's a third party booking the hotel can't help and redirected me back to them to resolve the request. I'm now back to square one. And our check in is only a few days away. It's unreliable not to mention the very high hidden "service fees" added to my booking. Would have been cheaper to book directly with the hotel with free cancellation. This online booking is NOT refundable BTW. Overall a very bad experience.

I love how easy it is to use. The suggestions really help to build what you want! The designs and templates are beautiful! I do wish there was a way to personalize some of the designs and it can be difficult to use for international weddings.
