We really loved Joy. It's been a fabulous experience to organize our wedding content and use Joy's interface to wonder our guests. Joy Web app is very easy to navigate even for the non-tech savvy - so we had some beautiful pages in just a few minutes. The mobile app is the cherry on top and the most amazing thing was having the Moments app for all our guests who were uploading pictures during the wedding day. Absolute wonder of an app and I strongly recommend it!

You can turn off any of the features or add-ins that don't suit you and you can now set your local currency (this was something that older reviews warned about). The digital invitations were more pricey that I expected but otherwise a great site all round. We used it for our wedding website, collecting contact details of guests, collecting RSVPs (we just put a QR code on our own invites) AND a photo sharing folder for our gueststo use on the day by scanning a QR code!

Best provider for wedding websites I've found, and amazing customer support. They were so, so helpful when I couldn't figure out some features.

Loved that I could use almost all of the features for free and that everything was customizable. Took a min to get used to how it all works, but I got there quickly. Did not like that the guest list order did not stay the same, and you had to change the layout of the info you wanted displayed each login; otherwise, amazing !!! Highly recommend. Been using it since June; my wedding is in October (I had a really short planning stint)

I had a difficult issue involving a non-refundable hotel reservation for a canceled wedding. For a while I was stuck between Joy, the hotel and Joy’s travel partner with no one taking ownership. Once the issue reached Richie Mathews and Isabella Dentrice the experience changed. Richie got the right person involved and Isabella took ownership from there. She worked directly with the hotel and Joy’s travel partner and got a full refund issued. What impressed me most was that Isabella didn’t just send me back into the support loop. She stayed on it and got it resolved. I’m grateful for the way Richie and Isabella handled this once it reached them.

Good support and very user friendly templates. Would be better if you could create two free of charge email invites, one for all day guests and one for evening only! The support team helped me get around it, but it'd be easier if you could just make two.
