Well, there goes another bunch of money I can't really afford. Wish I checked before I bought that. ITS A SCAM AND THEY PREY ON US

This abysmal rating is no accident! The entire sign-up and payment process is meticulously designed to exploit the vulnerabilities of their own clients. They deliberately fail to disclose the perilous nature of their so-called "trial option," which ensnares unsuspecting users in an outrageously expensive cycle. This company shamelessly preys on the forgetfulness and short attention span inherent to their (potential) ADHD clientele. I strongly advise against engaging with this service unless you are willing to be mercilessly exploited by their draconian policies. Despite impulsively signing up for what I believed to be a $20 service, I was blindsided by the realization that it was merely a trial, binding me to an exorbitant $60 per month cycle. And I have not utilized their services for even a moment. Although they proposed alternative solutions, they steadfastly refused to refund my $60. I fervently hope that their predatory practices will ultimately lead to their downfall. This is anything but a fair business! Update (June 3) After I posted here my negative review, I received a refund for almost the entire $60 USD, but not before. I did have a few back and forth with customer support, and I was always rejected. That's the power of Trustpilot. And I don't think that Wisey is run by bad people, but their structure and business policies are definitely lacking good practices. I don't think it's a good idea to ruin your reputation by not listening at the tier 1 level of customer service. I'd recommend changing some of your policies then upgrading your customer service. Thank you and wish you good luck!

I actually found this website to be helpful and enjoyed their content. What I am NOT happy about is their inept customer service!! There is only an email to reach out to with questions/problems and concerns. I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date and continued to get charged. I emailed customer support THREE TIMES to fix this problem and refund me my money and still nothing, no response at all, AND I’m still getting charged each month. Very disappointing!

The content blows. I couldn’t even log onto the website to access the courses. I contacted customer service and they sent me a form reply that basically told me to look in my spam folder. Oh, and the company is registered in Cyprus. Super sketchy. Instigate a chargeback through your credit card company.

I am just starting and I have ADD. I struggle with most things if they don’t catch my attention. So far this has got my attention.

This company preys on the people they are supposed to be helping. They suck you in with a quiz that is supposed to produce a tailored course and it is not tailored. They also use a deceitful way to get you to sign up for the extra ebooks option. I paid CA$74 for a program that has not provided me with any new information. They do not make it clear that you are being charged in US$. I requested a refund as soon I realized that content was not what had been advertised and they are refusing to refund me. They go by two names: wisey-ADHD and wisey app Update: they said I would be refunded within 14 days after I told them I left a review here.

* I wish I had checked reviews first. * This is clearly a scam to trick people out of money. * The program is not tailored to you at all. I signed up to the trial for $19.99. Upon seeing that the ‘personalised plan’ was actually just a bunch of information and nothing actually specifically made for me at all I decided to cancel. At this point when looking at my subscription I could see that I was signed up to pay $59.99 in a rolling subscription. Knowing I would forget to cancel prior to that date I canceled it. I also felt at this point the whole thing was just good marketing and trick tactics to get locked into a subscription you don’t want and then they make it hard to cancel. Then I came and read these reviews. If you are like me and have already signed up I suggest going directly to your PayPal - you will find that despite canceling on the wisey website you are actually still actively subscribed via PayPal (another loophole to trick you?) I have emailed wisey, and I have also taken the matter to PayPal to get a refund for the trial I have paid for but am unable to access. Good luck. ** Edit - I have been issued with a refund and their reply was quick and easy. Appreciate the prompt customer service.

There needs to be a class action suits brought on to this company . They have so many dingy business practices Edited: I was initially informed that there was a no-refund policy. However, after mentioning that I intended to write a review, I received an email stating that I would get a full refund within 14 days. The main points of my complaint are as follows: 1. I requested a cancellation and refund just an hour after the monthly subscription was made. I discovered that my son had subscribed for their daily lessons and books. 2. The first issue is that while there is a cancellation button for the lessons, pressing it results in the immediate loss of access even though you are still charged for the entire month. 3. The second issue is that for the books, there is no simple cancellation button. You have to contact them directly to request a cancellation. 4. I reached out to ask for a full refund and cancellation but was initially told that while cancellation was possible, no refunds would be given. Despite politely explaining my situation, I was repeatedly informed of their no-refund policy. Only after I warned them that I planned to write a review did they agree to a full refund. 5. I will wait and see if the refund actually comes through.
