I was charged more then the invoiced price and when I reached out for a refund, expressing that the unexpected payment caused financial stress to my family. I was told "sorry for your situation but we can't offer a refund" and sent me their refund policy" More worried about money and have ZERO compassion.
Response from WiseyAug 10, 2024

This is actually just a bunch of little videos to watch every day. I don’t find any of the videos useful and they are quite boring. It seems that for anything outside of this you have to pay again to add more programs on. I do not recommend.

The customer service team was very understanding, however the special offer they offered me I couldn't immediately accept as I haven't fully utilized the program. I canceled because I cannot afford the full price.

I have told this company 3 times that I am requesting a refund due to accidentally charging the wrong credit card. I told them I would like them to refund me so I may use the right card to pay for the subscription, they repeated the same thing, “your card will no longer be charged”. Nothing about a refund. They refuse to refund me. I do not appreciate or approve of this. I have not used their product, so I should be given a full refund. After that I decided that I will no longer go forward to re-subscribe. They are complete scam artists taking advantage of disabled people with neurological disorders. I am hoping the bank will be able to cancel and refund the charge.

I can’t trust this app. I am concerned about my ADHD and they trick you out of money. I don’t know how these guys can sleep at night. They are exploiting, under the vail of supporting. Would not recommend. Wish I looked at trust pilot first.
