Ended up with TWO subscriptions and cannot cancel one... need to contact customer service to cancel???? This is a predatory scam site that shows EVERYONE has a high ADHD score regardless of the answers to the questions.

I was lured into purchasing a subscription after being falsely diagnosed with ADHD. There was a 30 day money back guarantee mentioned in the marketing material. Wisey help desk state all purchased and subscriptions are non-refundable. This is fraud in my book.

Could be a good program if their customer service and sales team weren’t so unethical. Purchased the special three month plan discount. Saw that I was charged an extra $17 on top of that. Emailed customer service which told me that I had gotten such a great deal with the discount and that I hadalso purchased a downloadable book which I had never done or agreed to. I had no idea what they were talking about in fact. Emailed them again and told them that asked them to correct the error. Heard NOTHING back. Emailed again telling them I was within my right to cancel everything if they didn’t correct the error. Heard NOTHING back. Emailed one more time before I ended up Contesting with my credit card company, which I did for the $17 amount. This company canceled my entire subscription. Clearly unethical and desperate enough to take advantage of customers. I’ll be trying that ADHD app. Any company that doesn’t have an app these days well, it says a lot.
