Buyer beware. The company is not trustworthy about its fees, and once you are debited for the "subscription" there is no way to be reimbursed if you are unhappy with it, even if you try to cancel it after ONE DAY. I feel like they are taking advantage of neurodivergent people anxious for assistance. DO NOT "order" an eBook subscription either. This is a very expensive service!

Dear Rhonda! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your negative experience and understand how important transparency and trust are when choosing a service, especially one aimed at supporting neurodivergent individuals. At Wisey, we aim to provide clear information about our fees and subscription terms during the sign-up process. We sincerely apologize if this wasn’t your experience. If you feel your concern hasn't been resolved, please reach out to us directly at [email protected]. We'd be happy to review your case and assist further. Take care!

The material is helpful and seems to be well researched. But it is and expensive subscription for the material.
