No breakthrough yet, but then, it’s only been literally 10 minutes so please stop pushing for feedback to promote a service you’ve charged money for and I haven’t even had the opportunity to try.

I signed up for the program. But unbeknown to me I also signed up for additional text books. The format was very sneaky and put me off immediately. I cancelled promptly after and requested a refund. I was never directly acknowledged, just offered a lifetime rate. I should add I only requested the fee back that I did not knowingly agree to. I received nothing back. This company is not upfront at all with costs and extras. They also don't even have an app. It's just about getting your money. Terrible company.
