Super quick responses from Ruby and Vivian (almost immediate), and both were friendly and happy to help. I'm currently in the process of cancelling all my various subscriptions due to a recent financial hardship, and some companies can be very unfriendly and make the cancellation process extremely complicated. So when I experience this level of customer service and ease of account management, I'm 100x more likely to resubscribe in the future once I'm financially stable.

Dear Kim! Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful feedback! We’re really glad to hear that Ruby and Vivian were able to support you quickly and with a friendly approach. Making the cancellation process simple and respectful - especially during difficult times - is very important to us. We truly appreciate your trust and your willingness to consider returning in the future. Wishing you all the best, and we’ll be here whenever you’re ready to come back!

The app's great, but the regular price is just a little steep for my taste. I like pretty much all the features, but I just don't see it being worth almost 50 USD a month.
Response from WiseyApr 2, 2026
Dear Jakub! Thank you for your honest feedback - we really appreciate it! We’re glad to hear that you enjoy the features and overall experience of the app. At the same time, we completely understand your concerns about the pricing and how important it is to feel that the value matches the cost. Your input is very valuable, and we’ll share it with our team as we continue to review our plans and offerings. If you ever have questions about available options or promotions, feel free to reach out we’re always happy to help!

Response from WiseyApr 5, 2026
Dear Jewgt! We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating and serious this situation must feel. Charges should only occur according to the subscription terms, and this is not the experience we want for our users. We would really like to investigate your case in detail and understand what may have gone wrong. Please contact us at [email protected] with your account and billing details so we can review this as a priority. If any issue is identified, we will work to resolve it and provide appropriate support. Have a lovely day!
