It's a scam. There's no way to unsubscribe from the service. I already followed up the so called installation on how to unsubscribe to no effect. STAY AWAY FROM IT. IT'S A SCAM!

the website targets kids even though terms and conditions state no one under 16 can use it and no one under 18 can purchase without an adult, they don’t have any mechanism in place to validate age.
Response from WiseyFeb 24, 2025
Dear Jonathan! Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We understand your concern about age validation, and we take it seriously. While the terms and conditions state that users under 16 cannot use the platform and under 18 need adult permission to purchase, we acknowledge that age verification could be clearer in practice. As we've already addressed this with the email you provided, we hope that the issue has been resolved. If you have any further questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. We're here to help!
