I signed up for a trial Dec 11,2024. I immediately was charged an additional amount for an ebook. So I contacted support by email and cancelled the entire trial. They confirmed the cancellation and said I would receive no further charges. Jan , Feb and March I was charged 105$ per month for a total of 315. Plus the 37.98 for the trial I cancelled . $352.98. They continue to send me replays that tell me my complaint is important and they are looking into it . Then the next day I receive an rnsi telling me they have not heard from me so they cancelled my complaint.. I have tried calling emailing and contacting Apple Pay which is green dot bank. They said they could do nothing for me and even though I provided the cancellation emails and wiseys cancellation confirmation they closed my investigation and they would not block them from continuing to charge my acct this is such a bunch of bullsh**. Green dot customer service made me wait 4 weeks to tell me too bad contact the busibess. They also are fdic insured and legally have to follow the same rules and regulations as main stream banks I have had multiple issues with green dot /Apple Cash . Why a company like Apple is doing business with green dot is just ridiculous. I’m so tired of spending hours trying to have my legal rights protected and no one cares . They know nothing will happen to them . There are 1000s of comments and. Complaints online about wisey.app and green dot so I know someone is getting a generous kick back . As a customer who signed up for Apple Cash years ago I never agreed to green dot and just recently saw they were handling Accts. I think it’s wrong to force us to have to only bank with green dot if we use Apple Cash. If I cancel my Apple Cash acct and remove it I will have to receive a new acct and they told me I’m still going to be charged and they cannot do anything unless I cancel Apple wallet? What a sh** show! This is insane! I’m so disappointed with apples lack of support and they choice in partnering with green dot. One of the lowest quality rated banks there is The customer rep told me to be quiet and if I continued to ask questions he would terminate the call for harassment!!! I asked why they could do this? He kept saying I didn’t receive any thing so I cannot cancel something I didn’t receive??? How in the hell does that make any sense. ? They are doing this to countless people who bank with Apple . This was not paid for thru an app. It was from an online ad. The woman who emails me from wisey is named Tina. I suggested she looks up the laws regarding fraud charges bc I would contact the don for deleted. I did . Next is the attorney general . I want all my money refunded and someone needs to get this business to comply with state and federal laws. They are running wild prob taking in 20-50000k a month from people who cancelled but they are stealing from . There service is for adhd focus but they have zero medical support or guidance Fromm any licensed. Medical provider. They have no research stats or support . They demand to cancel you have to send them proof you followed their regiment for two weeks and you have to show that you logged in and logged out and then you also have to show proof that you actually did the homework like in the notebook. It’s absolutely the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen.. how can they even charge me or something I’ve never received and then tell me I can’t get a refund through my bank. It’s impossible. It’s the runaround and this is why companies can run for a certain amount of time make hundreds of thousands of dollars and then disappear with your money and something needs to be done with these people. Someone needs to call out this stuff because this is getting ridiculous. I don’t have an extra $350 to throw down the toilet so I want my refund and I’d like it in full and I want this company to be held accountable.

The use of scam-like sales tactics were obvious and I lost a lot of trust in the company from just that.
