Try to cancel immediately and got the run around. I asked for proof of purchase and they did not verify that I had.

The Wisey team are very caring and compassionate, and you can tell they sincerely care about the wellbeing of their clients. I had a problem and they replied to me almost immediately, stayed in contact with me until it was resolved, and followed up with me. I ask you, where can you find a customer service team that really cares about us? Here at Wisey, that’s where.
