I used app for couple of weeks and got mixed experience. It cost money, but gives limited features to customers. So, I came to support and got refund. It’s good, but better to enhance the features for customers. For example it’s useful to give personal coach services

Please be aware of this company. One wrong click and it can cost you a lot of money. I purchased the trial for a week for £4.99, I clicked on the wrong button and a second later money draw out from my account. I am like WTF? I contacted them shortly after, emailed back and forth for a week now. Customer service not helpful and they refused to refund.
Response from WiseyApr 24, 2026

They convinced us to making a purchase at USD4.99 but then cheated by charging us a recurring charge of USD39.99 every month for months until we discovered the scam. They refused to refund the 4 months x $39.99 which we did not authorise them to charge in our credit card.
Response from WiseyMay 14, 2026
Hi, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused by the recurring charges. At Wisey, we take concerns about billing transparency and authorization very seriously. We understand how upsetting it is to discover ongoing charges that you did not expect or intend to continue. To resolve this matter, we have issued a full refund for all related charges on your account. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any additional questions or feedback. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as your feedback helps us improve our subscription clarity and overall user experience!
