Haven't had a chance to even check any of this out, because have spent time trying to resolve uninformed charges. Lost all motivation to try to work out how to find and use whatever I did buy. Initially tried to buy an e-booklet. Clicked for 1 payment of £12.12, but charged an additional £13.63 (website seemed to not work and reset, but visually looked to be the same item). Contacted several times where they then reassured me they'd cancelled my subscriptions (I didn't apply for any subscriptions as far as I was aware) Considering it's supposed to help those with ADHD, if you can accidentally be charged for subscriptions and other hidden costs with zero awareness, then it doesn't seem very helpful, but rather taking advantage of ADHDers impulsiveness and executive dysfunction. AVOID!!!
