Good information. Cadence of speech is a little too fast. I used the playback option to reduce speed to 50% but this is too slow. More fine tuning of playback speed would be a plus.

While I would admit, I was a bit miffed about the charge to my account, the offer made a difference. I also know this had other advertising strategies for retaining the money that was charged, the offer has benefits to me. Thank you for at least trying to say, we aren't giving you back your money but we will give you access for as long as you live. That is a nice touch.
