If a company has to trick you into a repeat subscription, then it isn't a good product. I was offered a huge discount to trial the app, downloaded it, looked at it, it wasn't for me. I deleted the app and thought the subscription was cancelled until I got $60 taken from my PayPal account. Their refund policy is beyond ridiculous.
Response from WiseyAug 29, 2025
Dear Kirstie! We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused. We take concerns about subscriptions and billing seriously and want to clarify that our intention is never to trick users into repeat charges. We understand how important clear communication about billing is and apologize if this was not your experience. We are here to help and would love to look into this more. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We are standing by and hope to help you soon!

Scam artists, just like so many other social media ripoff companies. They pray on the unsuspecting person. Avoid it all cost. Please stop sending me daily emails following the review I left. I do not want further contact from your company. Like many others on Trustpilot, I feel ripped off by your business practices. You entice people to download your app, only to charge them heavy monthly fees without clear upfront disclosure. This is misleading and unfair. Just two months ago, another company scammed my uncle, and I am sick and tired of seeing companies like yours taking advantage of people in the same way. I was just about to download your test myself when I came to trust pilot and saw the negative reviews. Stop ripping people off and find a conscience
