Frustrating that I canceled on time and yet I'm only getting half of my money you took from my acct even though I was previously assured in September that I would not be charged for October. I guess I'm grateful I got anything back. Your team however was excellent at communicating with me and finding a solution. They all were friendly interactions that didn't leave me frustrated but with a feeling that this would be resolved in a timely manner.
