Its not adhd friendly at all. Too much text, confusing and overwhelming. They talk about refund if not satisfied on the sales page but of course not possible. The sales page is set up to trick you into buying more stuff with subscription. Lesson learned: always put everything into chatgpt before purchase.

I loved the direction as im taking the course to remind me HOW to be successful and how to focus. The videos are short and reiterate the topic and info to encourage and not make you feel like a failure. There is a method and I just need to practice.
