It was a surprise to see the response from the company and to get the refund and I’m grateful. It was because I was screaming in a public place and their reputation was at stake. They know their audience. They know how to reel in vulnerable people and get them interested. I’m hoping that forced subscriptions will be regulated like they do in California so we don’t have to deal with these issues. I’d actually like to try the app, that’s what got me into this mess!

Total scam! Canceled subduction, received email from them that my main subscription is cancelled on 10.28.25 still they charged on 12.31.25. When sent email to support they claim that although main subscription was cancelled some bogus e book subscription was still active which I did not make!
