Do not trust the trial. This app provides zero value and the company’s billing practices are super scammy. I canceled immediately after seeing how bad the product was, but they still pushed the charge through. Their 'support' team just tries to trap you with more offers rather than honoring a refund request. Total waste of money.
Response from WiseyJan 29, 2026
Dear Ray! Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience caused. We understand how upsetting it is to be charged after canceling, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or stress this created. To resolve this fully, we have issued a full refund. Your comments about billing clarity and support communication are very important, and we’re using them to improve our processes. If you need confirmation of the refund or any further assistance, our support team is always here at [email protected] to help. Cheers!
