Dear Pete! Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the frustration and concern this experience caused you. We want to clarify that Wisey is a personal coaching and educational platform focused on mindfulness and cognitive development, not a medical or scientific authority. Your comments about transparency, expectations, and advertising are important to us and have been shared internally for review. Unfortunately, we’re unable to review your case or billing details in more depth because the email provided does not allow us to locate your account in our system. If you’d like us to look into this further, please contact our support team at [email protected] using the correct email associated with your account. Have a sunny day!

Dear Daniel! Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused you. We understand how upsetting it is to be charged after canceling so quickly, especially when you hadn’t even started using the platform. We also appreciate your feedback about clarity around terms and data use, as this helps us improve transparency. To resolve this properly, we’ve issued a full refund for the amount charged. If you need confirmation of the refund or have any further questions, our support team is here at [email protected] to help. Cheers!
