De modo geral, o atendimento foi cordial e a situação acabou sendo resolvida de forma satisfatória. No entanto, considero importante registrar que foi necessário insistir por diversas interações para que a solicitação fosse compreendida e atendida, mesmo após o envio de todos os detalhes e esclarecimentos sobre o inconveniente ocorrido desde o início. Acredito que esse ponto possa ser observado como oportunidade de melhoria, para que casos semelhantes sejam resolvidos de forma mais ágil e objetiva, evitando desgastes desnecessários ao cliente.
