Dear Bostjan! Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the frustration and concern this caused. We understand how upsetting it is to experience multiple unexpected charges and difficulty obtaining a refund. We also take your comments about clarity, purchase verification, and refund policies very seriously and are reviewing our processes to improve compliance and transparency. To resolve this, we have issued a full refund for all amounts charged. If you need confirmation of the refund or any further assistance, our support team is always here at [email protected] to help.
