Digiarty's Support Team's efficiency in solving problems.
Last night I contacted Digiarty Software for help as I could not get the code given me at the time I bought the lifetime license for VideoProc after my computer was reset. I gave the Support Team my email address and purchase order number.
This morning I received an email form the Support team informing me that the problem had been solved by the technical team resetting the glitch. I tried it and was very happy to be able to get my VideoProc working again. I am very impressed by such speed the Support team worked and their kindness to me.Thank you very much .

Did not work for me
A very poor and limited experience of the Winxdvd software. For me the software does not live up to the claims in any way. I purchased the product in September 2020 with the aim to convert a number of DVDs into a version to store on my Nas and stream across devices on my home network. I chose this product mainly due to being compatible with Mac devices and its aim to convert DVD that had 99 plus files on them. Once finally installed and inserting the DVD to to convert I was pleasantly surprised to see the entire disc converted in about 7 mins. Fantastic. Unfortunately I found out that this was for the first 7 mins of the DVD, after which it stopped. Tried again, changed the settings, tried other DVDs but none of them would fully convert as is advertised and promoted by other websites. I contacted their technical support and initially the contact back was OK but they were asking me to try things that I had already done but had not worked. Finally it was stated that they had passed it on to their developers. The last series of emails have been left with no response where I have asked for an update and then asked for a refund. To date there has been no acknowledgement that the software does not do as is described so based on this I cannot give any positive review based on inaccurate claims of what the product can do. I had requested a refund and have now received it since leaving this review.

Failed Conversion Resolved
Had a failed conversion and sent the error log to the team, they responded the same day with a solution that worked perfectly and I've since been able to apply the same solution to other DVDs that had similar issues - quick and effective feedback!

You will be wasting your money
You will be wasting your money if you are are expecting to do 5 min copies. Best I could ever get was 54 mins and with owning 952 movies... They will not honor their guarantee, so if you're willing to take a chance with your money and only have a few movies to backup, then go for it. Otherwise, save your money for something that does work.
Edit: I've asked for a refund twice and have never received an email reply to either request, though they seem to be very quick to try and look good by answering bad review of their product and services.
New Edit: They have not contacted me saying they would process the refund. I don't believe they will either. However, I will correct this review if I do ever hear from them and receive my refund.
Update: That's not how quality companies normally do business. Telling me to continue contacting your company until I get my refund, really? You told me that they were going to give me a refund, but now you tell me to harass them with multiple emails. I figure that's a lost cause and finding and posting negative review is a better use of my time. It's obvious that your company isn't going to give me a refund, as is agreed by many other reviews I've read since asking for mine.
Another Update: I keep screen shots of all your past update statements and that is not what you said. Regardless, your support team should be contacting me via email to let me know they are processing my refund and once done, should contact me to let me know that it has been completed. As you said, I've contacted your support team twice, now it's their turn.
Update: As of 12/30/2020 no refund has been credited to my card, however, when it is I'll add another update here.
Update: Refund has posted to my card now.

Winx DVD Ripper Platinum Software Review (DEC 2020)
I purchased the Software earlier in the month for their Winx DvD Ripper Platinum Edition.
First look at their website left me thinking it might be a scam, which it wasn't according to my sources, so I went ahead with the purchase. I made the purchase as the trial version did not work for me, as the clips I needed to Rip were in excess of 5 minutes.
The software once purchased had an interesting modernish interface, and while I wished to test out its capabilities, it appeared to fail with every single hardware driver and firmware combo I threw at it, as well as different DVDs and tests.
I believe this may have been due to my hard drive having some unknown region lock issue with it, or possibile from the software not having a compatibility with a different part of the hardware I was using aside from the High End Optical Drive (Blue Ray, DVD and CD Read/ Write).
After troubleshooting the issue for a week, and a delay with responses from the support team, I requested a refund. Looking at their refund policy, I assumed I would meet resistance, but they immediately proceeded to process my refund without needing me to do anything further.
Due to not having enough experiments to test whether my PC was having issues with this particular hardware (Some other costly ripping software and video converters/ editors I tested in the same circumstances had similar issues, while surprisingly two free options (MakeMKV was one of the two, I forgot the other one), and a custom .bat command for command prompt did work without issue)
The crash that occurred upon trying to load the DVD, or if it didn't fail there, when trying to rip the DVD (Even using various presets and setting configurations) would result in my Desktop Freezing (Windows explorer crashes) and then I only can move my cursor around, but cannot interact with any menus, taskbar, start menu, control panel, and not even task manager, not any other menu that is open nor minimized.
After frustratingly running into too many dead ends as far as troubleshooting goes, and a 48 hour delay with one of the support ticket requests, I requested the refund, as I said was processed immediately.
Due to all of the above information, I think the company could use some website designer, and possibly an overhaul of their software, although I am no expert. It didn't work as intended for me, but I think it may work well for others.
I was intending to rip lots of personnel DVDs as well as old movies I wished to backup as well as some anime for high quality AMV editing. I rated a 3 star as I was processed a refund immediately, so no harm no foul, and they were courteous. Would have rated 4 star if there wasn't such a delay in the support process proceeding the refund, or if the software worked as expected. 3 I would consider average for any product, 4 good, and 5 exceeding expectations.
Thank you to anyone who read through this lengthy review.
tldr; Software didn't work for me, but they refunded me immediately after I couldn't get it to work. It may work for you, as I didn't test on a seperate PC.
