Quick response from customer service and they solved my problem immediately! Had to reset my laptop and lost my software. I contacted customer service and they set me up with a new download link very quickly! Very happy with the service I received.

On two occasions I had an issue with WinDVDX and each time Customer Support was prompt and courteous. Both of my issues weren't actually issues either, I just didn't think to use the full capability of the software. Thanks folks, and keep up the good work!

Well, i thought that the software was a lemon. Turns out the issue was all at my end. The support from Digiarty was tremendous and their ability to pinpoint my issue and suggest the appropriate response was timely and correct. Well done. Keep up the good work, people

I had some trouble with the lifetime reg code upgrading my WinX Trans to iPhone Manager. The Digiarty/DearMob customer service was incredibly responsive and hung in there with me over 4 cycles of back-and-forth problem-solving. The support ended with them giving me a free license to both programs which I've had since 2017 and never had a problem. It is now a powerful suite of iPhone tools that is a TOTAL replacement for iTunes which I hope will RIP forever. I can't speak to the video tools which I don't need or use. All the iPhone tools that I've used have worked well.

Please disregard my review of 19 February 2021 titled "DO NOT BUY". I have now discovered that my 35 home movie DVD-RW were finalised in VR mode, which is not recognised by all DVD players. The external CD/DVD drive attached to my windows10 laptop would not read these discs hence the message "damaged/unreadable disc. I have re-finalised some of the discs in V mode which is read by universal dvd players/drives. I am glad to say that WinX DDVD Ripper now reads the discs I have converted & I have now purchased the program. Future customers please note that any home made DVDs, ie home movies burned to disc on a DVD recorder should be fialised in video (V) mode instead of VR mode if you wish to convert to digital copies.
