Terrible product and support is useless. I bought the AI to help make videos better. It didn't, and in fact, the sound got worse! I contacted tech support and they continually asked me for samples, which I provided several times, and they were never able to correct the problem and refused to give me a refund. Don't waste your money! Total ripoff.

My WinXDVD would not copy my disk. As instructed by the software, I copied the log file and sent it to technical support at DigiArty, hoping for the best but knowing technical support in many companies is extremely poor. In less than 24 hours, I received a response, with 4 troubleshooting suggestions. The third one worked! It was a Windows setting that was preventing the software from doing it's job. After this experience, I highly recommend DigiArty products because they have great customer support!

I have WinXvideoAI and I'm very happy with it. I use it mainly to download YouTube videos. For the past 10 days or so, I hadn't been able to download my favorite game show on YouTube. I emailed support and the next day it was working again. Thanks! I only use the Download Video or Download Music options and, like I said, I am very happy with it. I have been a customer for over a decade and have used other products of theirs, such as when I was copying my CDs that were degrading. Customer service usually takes a day because of the time difference but they are always helpful and polite. Good job & good products.
