Enthusiastic and very good service team.

Excellent programma voor omzetten van video en audio. Videobewerking is zeer elementair. Uistekende service.

This is such a great company and such a great piece of software. The software does what it says it does and the company stands behind it. The few times I've had issues, I sent an e-mail to their customer service link and wow - they actually returned my e-mail w/in 24 hours! Stunned. And they've also resolved my issue. Not once did they say sorry, nope, not happening. I love this company - I've bought every single one of their products.

Immediate response, suggested solution worked. Great!

WinX is a perfect company and a reputable company. I have been working with this company for almost 8 years. Of course I have a few minor problems due to soft problems, but I am very satisfied with the support. I have found an employee named: Ricki Ma is a great one 👍 Man. I write to him about my problems and in a short time I get the solution. Thanks again Team WinX.

The support was second to none. I had a complex issue with my account but they worked through it with me and had me up and running in a few days. I highly recommend them to everyone! Cheers!

I requested some post-sale assistance from the team and their prompt and courteous response was fantastic. Would strongly recommend.
