They were prompt to deliver. I have had the luxury firm for over 6 monhts and it saggs a lot. I rotate it as they suggest but both side sag. It has been on a firm base the entire time. My son has one and has not had issues. I know as it gets worse I will end up getting rid of it. I'm not a big person and only one person sleeps on it. When I lay downb the sag is close to 2".

Quality Reviews Require Break-in Time
I bought the firmest mattress that WinkBed offered in 2021. Despite the price, I chose WinkBed because of the reviews and I gave a great review myself shortly after I purchased. Since early 2024 I wake up with backpain because the firmness is gone. The queen-sized mattress that I (5' 6", 170 lbs.) purchased has lost its firmness. My previous lesser-priced mattress lasted 15 years. People should give reviews of their mattresses after they've had a chance to break them in so people will know that the happiness from their purchase is very short-lived. These mattresses are very expensive, and customers feel they are worth it AS LONG AS the QUALITY is actually what they claim it to be. Had I known, I'd be back at the point I was before I purchased the WinkBed mattress, I would have gone down the street and bought something much cheaper.

Disappointed, misled, and left without sleep
I truly wanted to love this mattress. My husband and I spent weeks researching and finally chose WinkBeds because of the glowing promises: “luxury feel,” “ultra firm support,” and most importantly a 120-night risk-free trial with a full refund if not satisfied.
What we received was something completely different. The “firm” mattress turned out to be soft and unstable I can feel every movement when my husband shifts or leans on one elbow. No motion isolation, no true support. We knew within days it was not a match for us.
So we requested a return only to be told we must suffer through 30 nights before they’d even consider honoring their “trial.” This “requirement” was buried in small print at the bottom of the website. Nowhere during the purchase flow did it clearly say “You MUST wait 30 nights.” I felt deceived, not informed.
We are now stuck with a $1600 mattress that hurts our backs and prevents restful sleep and have to wait until May 5 just to start the return process. Meanwhile, we’re unable to buy another mattress, and our health and peace of mind suffer.
WinkBeds might build a decent mattress for some but their policies are misleading and borderline predatory. A trial is not a trial if it forces customers to endure discomfort for a full month before allowing a return. That’s not kindness, that’s coercion.
I will be reporting this to consumer protection platforms and encouraging others to read every single footnote before purchasing.
We expected integrity. What we got was marketing fluff and fine print traps. Shame on them.

Purchased a Wink Bed Queen size…
Purchased a Wink Bed Queen size mattress in 2021 for my guest room.it was used a few times a year until November of 2024 when we retired and moved. It became our full time mattress. The mattress sinks in the middle. My husband and myself wake up with back pain. I have reached out to support for their no hassle warranty. I would like a replacement mattress as this one has failed. They only replace if you can prove via photographs that the mattress has sunk in1.5 inches. Due to the tufting on the pillow top, this is impossible.

Not worth it.
Based on reviews we purchased a King luxury firm plus. We purchase the bed, April 2024. Almost immediately each side of the bed, my husbands side and my side started to slant downward, leaving this big hump in the middle. We did what was suggested, and we have rotated the mattress over at least every two months since we’ve had it, I complained to winkbed and I sent photos. It has sunken down at 1.25 inches and they said it needed to be 1.5 for a refund or replacement. They said the bed was settling in nicely. This bed has caused my husband and I major back problems, we had to put a topper and then a smaller topper on top of that which has not helped at all. The bed continues to sink on both his side and my side, and this is the first time in 20 years that I’ve even encountered any problems with any mattress we’ve owned and never have we experienced the hump in the middle or any slanting of any mattress we have previously purchased. We had the sleep number before, never had any problems. I wanted to try something different. I thought that this bed would be perfect and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. I have not had a good night sleep. My husband and I are taking turns sleeping in our guest bedroom on that bed because it’s more comfortable and it’s much older than our bed now, unfortunately, it’s just a full size mattress. I’m going to be sending photos again at this point. I believe it’s down to one and a half inches on either side, which is a requirement for a refund. I do not recommend this bed. Unfortunately I probably should’ve looked deeper. I trusted the reviews. It may work for some. It does not work for me and it does not work for my husband and it continues to cause poor sleep and a lot of back and hip problems for us. We purchased plus because my husband is a bigger guy at 250lbs. I definitely do not recommend and customer service is absolutely no help at all. They want to continue to tell me the bed is just settling and no it is not. It’s exactly what I’m saying it is and we sent pictures to prove that it was sinking already. It is probably even pass one and a half inches sunk on the right and left side by now. The center of the beds humo is noticeable even when bed is made. We will continue to try to get a refund at this point. For the money we paid for the mattress
And frame we should not be experiencing these types of problems from a bed that’s just a year old. Very poorly made.

This was the worst customer service…
This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They delivered me the wrong mattress then told me they couldn’t pick it up. Said if I got rid of it on my own they’d give me a full refund only to later say I don’t actually get a refund.

Luxury Firm = FAIL
My husband and I chose Wink with high hopes after reading about its support for side sleepers and back issues, especially since I was pregnant. Supporting an American-made product was a point of pride, and we trusted Wink’s reputation for quality and durability. Initially, it was great.
However, we experienced issues. Despite my husband being average size (6’, under 185 lbs), his side of the mattress sank after 120 days. I (5’4”, 145 lbs) had worsening back pain, leading to costly therapy. After six weeks in Costa Rica on a firm mattress, my pain was gone.
Returning home, Wink lacked support. My husband couldn’t tolerate his sunken side. Flipping the mattress upside down provided temporary relief but ruined comfort. Their warranty is useless (requires the mattress to 1.5” sink without weight).
Their warranty is useless (requires 1.5” sink without weight).🤦🏽♂️
Winks customer support was NOT understanding at all that we didn't reach out to them before the 120 day period. I was at the tail end of my pregnancy and then gave birth to our 5th child, which put the mattress out of our mind and we thought we were still within the warranty period. I sure wish companies would consider people at times instead of just the bottom line.
They offer 50% off a replacement, but if Wink mattresses fail in under a year, why risk another $1,000? They sold us a king for $1,699 and expect more for a firmer one. Great greedy business model to make more $$, terrible customer service. I would like to try their FIRMER model, but I don't know if I can trust their long term quality.

Mattress doesn't work with adjustable base.
Purchased the Winkbed 8 months ago with the understanding that the mattress works with any adjustable base as stated on their website. Recently I started lifting up head a bit higher than my normal few inches and it bunches up under my low back. I have photos to back it up but their response is that because it looks normal when laid flat, there is nothing wrong with the mattress.
