mattress is ok but the platform bed violently collapsed after a year

Great mattresses for the price. The mattress covers were $69 and said hypoallergenic and waterproof. I sneeze from dust mites and also , my toddler peed and all the urine went through! Get the mattress, skip their mattress cover. Get it elsewhere.

I love the mattress. It is incredibly comfortable and obviously very well made. I'd highly recommend this company.

Mattress sagged after years of use. I was not able to get it replaced, as they said my pictures did not reflect their level of sag. My back and husband’s back really bothered us. I got rid of the mattress as well as base and bought another mattress from another competitor. Buyer beware.

I’ve had the Luxury Firm WinkBed King for about 7 years total — and honestly, it’s been a huge disappointment. The first mattress I had lasted only 2 years before it started sagging badly and giving me serious back pain. What made it even worse was trying to deal with their warranty process. It took me nearly 10 months of back and forth just to finally get a replacement mattress. Unfortunately, the replacement wasn’t any better. I kept that one for about 4 more years, hoping it would hold up — but nope. Same issues. Super uncomfortable, and the sagging came back again. What’s frustrating is they market this mattress as being great for “heavier people.” I’m 6’ tall and around 270 lbs, and I can confidently say this bed is not designed with people like me in mind. I just saw that this mattress is being listed as a “2025 Best Mattress for Back Pain” — which is kind of ironic, because it definitely caused me more back pain than anything else I’ve ever slept on. I spent over $1,000 thinking I was investing in quality, but I’ve slept better on $400 mattresses from the swap meet. Unfortunately, I don’t have the budget right now to buy a new mattress, so I’m stuck with this one. Also… kinda sketchy that you can’t leave reviews on their website. All I see are glowing 5-star ratings, which feels a little too good to be true. I wish I had found honest third-party reviews like this one before I spent my money. Hopefully this helps someone avoid the mistake I made.

This review is more about the return policy than the mattress. My mattress was delivered and I slept on it for just over 30 nights. I felt it was to firm so I filled out the request for a refund. Sleep on our mattress for 120 nights. Wink Beds policy states "If you don't get the best sleep of your life, we’ll pick up and refund you 100%. " They also mention a no hassle return or exchange. Well I feel very hassled. I had to request a refund 3 times before they would commit to picking up the mattress, then they contact me and tell me I have to dispose of the mattress myself, with 3 options all of which are a hassle for me and then they will decide if a refund is warranted. AND I have 30 days to complete this, or no refund. So I had to assume the responsibility of disposal of the mattress they promised to up. It was a major hassle! So nearly 3 weeks after I first requested a refund, it does finally happen. I feel lied to and used. That's terrible customer service I don't care how good the mattress is, the company treats their customers like crap if that customer holds them to their promises.

I requested to cancel my bed order and was told they had cancelled it but then got notification that my bed had shipped. They obviously do not have ethical business practices.
