I don't the the ad for the mattress and platform is transparent to the facts. The fact that it requires a lot of rotation and that it provides no handles or mattress straps to accommodate this, especially for elderly customers, and the fact that the platform has now where to attach the headboard. Both problems should be noted in the ad, and really both problems could be solved easily. I also note that since you keep sending me similar surveys repeatedly that you obviously don't read them.

Easy set up and delivery was pretty fast

So far the bed is less than satisfactory. We are not sleeping well. It is very very firm.

Box was damaged but not mattress.

Received beds in approximately. 8-10 days after I order. They inflated properly within minutes. Beds are everything we had hoped for.

I was given a delivery date of August 16th-18th, and the bed arrived much earlier, on the 13th instead. This might be an issue for some, but it was great for me as there's always someone available to accept deliveries at my home. Set up was easy. The bed puffed right up once unsealed and was usable quickly. It's been good sleep since and hopefully that continues for a long, long time.
