I have been using this company for more than 5 years as a Windows shared hosting provider. They have been a solid company with reliable and responsive customer support. I had an SSL certificate issue today and contacted them using a form on their support portal expecting to hear back in a day or two with troubleshooting steps before they would address the core issue in my request. Imagine my surprise when I received a reply in less than 10 minutes with a helpful resolution and I had my problem solved in less than 10 minutes after that.

I spent eight months trying to work with an ISP that didn't care and didn't listen, a deadly combination in any service provider. After searching for an alternative, I chose Winhost to host my web site and haven't looked back. When a bump or two were encountered, they listened at what was happening and actually helped solve the problems. They've been great, and I’m looking forward to a long relationship working with them.

I've been with Winhost for more than a few years. They've hosted me and aren't nickle&diming me on small things every single chance they get as most of the other host providers. I've never had a big problem with them. Never encountered a rude or incompetent support technician. Recently, ran into a website-crash and yeah, had no reliable backup as I was under cost cutting measures (we all know how that is these days). I sent a SOS out to their team, and voila - next day they recovered an archive and got my site up. No charge (none so far that is!) :). Couldn't be happier. Small and quiet host. In this noisy oversized digital world.

They really work around the clock to find problems with your website and help you to rectify it. Between Richard, Rei and Moises, I feel like I have round the clock support. They helped me identify an issue that had kicked my tail several times and now I know it as soon as I cause my issue, I know exactly what to say and, just like this time, Moises, knew exactly what to do. Thanks guys!

Developing an e-commerce site will always come with its challenges… especially when you begin feeling adventurous and neglect change management rules. It’s been brilliant having Winhost on side to rescue me from self-made dilemmas and also can’t wait until they have follow the sun support available so we across the pond don’t have an approximately 8 hr wait until our ticket is picked up. I had two problems today in getting a new MySQL database up and accessible. I spent hours on it, trying to make the connection to the database, first in PHPMyAdmin and then from my PHP program. Both times the problem was my error, but I couldn't find it. Both times the Support person figured it out and let me know in a clear communication what the problem was. I LOVE Winhost support.

Quick customer support! Needed to drop a directory with tens of thousands of files, FTP was talking too long so I opened a ticket. Wala, folder and contents were wiped in a few minutes.
