Bought Rage 2 since it was on sale and i havent received my key yet in 4 hours absolutely unacceptable you get your order almost instantly on most others sites but there you have to wait for hours without any warning

I bought from the code vein deluxe edition about a few weeks ago. At first it took a few hours to verify my purchase which was not that bad , but after I got an email that verified the purchase , I tried logging into my account and turns out it was locked by them. There was a message that said that I needed to contact the customer service but I needed to be logged in for that so I couldn't really do anything through their site. So I tried sending an email to which they didn't reply for like 2 days and then I tried getting a refund through paypal but then they sent this message through the dispute:" Our apologies. We thought it was fraud. Here is your Steam key: " Which made no sense to me to why they thought it was fraud and they didn't even try to verify the purchase so I thought whatever because I got my game. A few days ago I got this wonderful message on steam :" A Steam Product code you activated has been removed from your account. 30 Oct CODE VEIN Deluxe Edition Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this product code can no longer be played as a result. This could be due a problem with the payment methods you used to acquire this item from a third-party seller; or a problem with how the third-party seller acquired the Product code. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance. If you would like to purchase the item, please visit the Steam Store. Otherwise you may choose to delete the local content associated with these games" So I went on their site to try and get an explanation and here's the whole chat: Me: I have purchased Code vein deluxe edition a few weeks ago and just now i have received this message on steam: A Steam Product code you activated has been removed from your account. 30 Oct CODE VEIN Deluxe Edition Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. Store owner: The owner of the paypal account used to pay for the order reported it as a fraudulent purchase, so the paypal funds were reversed, and the key purchased with the order was invalidated. Me: No. I am the owner of the paypal account and i didn't report it for anything. The only thing i did was trying to get a refund because this site has blocked my account and didn't give me an access to the key , and that was 2 weeks ago. If the product is gone the least I can get now is a refund. Store owner: The funds were already returned to your paypal account. So they are obviously denying the fact that I didn't report it or got a refund so I tried going to paypal to get a refund through there but it just says that there is an error on their side of things every time. Do not trust WinGameStore.

Got a fantastic deal on Code Vein and was able to pre-order the deluxe edition for even less than the standard edition pricing! The key delivered fairly quick, about a 20 minute wait or so, which I have no problem with considering the game isn't even out yet. I would definitely purchase from the WinGameStore again if they have more fantastic sales like this one :)

Sub-standard site. If I had known about the unknown amount of time that you have to wait till your purchase is "processed" I would definitely go somewhere else - which is my advise to all who read this. Unless, of course, you don't mind paying now and playing sometime in the future

Orders have to be MANUALLY reviewed. so you may have to wait hours or even days for your order to process. Edit: after a few more hours my order came. The store is fine if you are ok with waiting awhile, but if you want the game right now, id just get it right theough steam.

There's no info on the website for the time you have to wait to receive your keys, couldn't find it in Terms or other areas. The problem with this dumb system is that is totally unexpected. When you buy a game from any other seller, you get the key right away. That's "normal", that's what you expect. On WinGameStore, you might wait an hour, 12 hours, a bunch of days, who the knows... They tell you "shortly", but that does not mean anything. Just buy from a fair seller until they fix their dumb system. Even if you pay a few $ more, you get a service that's fair and it works as intended, you don't get any surprises. A digital product should be used right away. Otherwise, we might as well buy from physical shops. I would literally get my keys faster if I would run to the physical shop instead of buying from this retailer. That says all about an "online store".

First time buyer. I first put one game bundle into basket, but once I put a lot of games, it required my bank name and their service number. Once I purchased, the keys were put on hold, but 5 minutes later, I had my keys and activated them on Steam while some were available for download from the site, DRM. Some reviewers complain about holding their purchase. I made it at 8PM on Tuesday so there was probably some person on the other side still up this time of the day.

Rage2 has been officially released today, I have pre-ordered my game since May 8th and still haven't got anything. I'll be much happier to spend my money with a store that does instant delivery.
